SHOPPING QUESTIONS

• What is the status of my order?

To check your order status, please login to your account and navigate to Order History

• When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

• How do I change or cancel my order?

To make changes to your order, please call us immediatey at 1-866-NEXGEN-9 between the hours of 9am - 5pm EST or email our support team at support@nexgen-nutrition.com.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Can I change my delivery address after my order has been confirmed?

Once you have received your order confirmation we have already began to process your order and cannot change your delivery address. If your order was placed after 4 PM EST and will be shipping out the following business day you can e-mail us with a new shipping address and your order can be updated accordingly. If you made a mistake entering your information in the shopping cart e-mail us right away at orders@nexgen-nutrition.com and we will update for you.

• I received a damaged/faulty item.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or if a product that was delivered is different than the product listed on your sales order, please notify us within 7 days after delivery. We will replace the damage or incorrect product; if unable to replace the product we will refund you the purchase price.

• Refunds/Returns

We will only accept the return of products that have been supplied incorrectly by NEXGEN Nutrition and are unopened. Returned products must be in the original undamaged package.

Please contact orders@nexgen-nutrition.com to arrange returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are received safely by our warehouse.

• Do you ship outside of the US?

International shipping rates for First Class Intl and Priority Mail Intl vary by weight and class. Priority Mail Intl is guarantee delivery in 6-10 days with tracking. First Class Mail Intl has no guarantee delivery date and limited tracking.

• How long does delivery take?

We ship USPS Priority Mail with free Saturday delivery. Typical delivery time is 1-3 days. Tracking and Insurance is included.
